Lili McGuinness, LCSW, CLE is a psychotherapist and consultant. Lili is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Masters of Social Work from The University of Southern California and a Certificate of Lactation Education from The University of California, Los Angeles. Lili has over 25 years of experience working in the field of social work and social justice for over 16 years as a psychotherapist, trainer, coach, and consultant.

Lili facilitates Reflective Leadership Groups to support Directors, Managers, and Supervisors in the fields of social service, public health, mental health, hospitals, and education. She also provides one-on-one leadership coaching and mentoring for leaders, practitioners, and professionals.
In addition, to her private practice, Lili is also the Director of a public health program called Welcome Baby at Maternal and Child Health Wellness Program. As one of the leaders of the Welcome Baby Pilot, she helped establish the framework, structure, and fidelity of the program, which is offered at 14 hospitals in Los Angeles County. Lili and her daughter, Emma Sophia are highlighted in the PBS series, This Emotional Life, Early Moments Matter, focused on healthy secure attachment. Lili is a member of the training committee for Maternal Mental Health Now and is a certified yoga instructor.
Lili is trained as an EMDR and integrated body psychotherapist. She provides psychodynamic therapy to individuals, couples, and families in her private practice in Los Angeles.
